96 Explosive objects left after military operations pose a particular danger to the population. These include mines, shells, grenades, aerial bombs, and other ammunition. If such objects are discovered, it is strictly prohibited to touch or attempt to move them independently. It is necessary to immediately inform the State Emergency Service of Ukraine or the National Police by calling ―101‖ or ―102‖. Compliance with these rules helps prevent injuries and fatalities [1]. An important element of preparedness for emergencies is the availability of an ―emergency bag‖. It should contain documents, a first aid kit, drinking water, food supplies, hygiene products, a flashlight, batteries, chargers, necessary clothing, and personal protective equipment. It is also recommended to have cash and a list of important contacts. All items should be compactly packed and ready for quick use. Psychological preparedness of the population for wartime conditions is equally important. Long-term exposure to danger may cause stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain psychological resilience, support one another, and avoid conflicts. Mutual support within families and society plays a significant role in maintaining public morale. Modern wartime conditions also require compliance with information security rules. It is prohibited to publish photos or videos showing missile strike locations, military equipment movements, or activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Such information may be used by the enemy to adjust attacks and plan further strikes [2]. Citizens should understand their responsibility for preserving national information security. First aid skills are of great importance. In critical situations, timely assistance to victims may save lives before medical personnel arrive. Citizens should possess basic skills in stopping bleeding, applying bandages, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and transporting injured persons. Therefore, participation in specialized courses and training sessions is advisable. Special attention should also be paid to preparing children for actions during emergencies.
