State authorities and units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine regularly organize training sessions, exercises, and awareness campaigns regarding rules of conduct during emergencies. Such activities contribute to the development of a safety culture among the population and increase public preparedness for crisis situations. Thus, compliance with safety rules, knowledge of action algorithms, and timely response to threats are the basis for preserving human life and health during wartime emergencies. Increasing public awareness, improving the civil protection system, and developing practical safety skills will help minimize the negative consequences of military actions and strengthen society‘s resilience to modern challenges.
