244 the environment, as well as at the sustainable use of natural resources without its degradation. The basic pillar of the development of an ecological economy is therefore a sufficient number of qualified employees with an adequate professional profile. For this reason, it is necessary to orient educational programs towards targeted training in technical areas that are in real demand in this segment [5,6,7]. It can therefore be stated that the integration of ecological topics into the teaching of project and innovation management corresponds to modern trends and requirements of practice. In connection with this issue, this study reflects on these needs and focuses on the analysis and identification of requirements of practice within the framework of new trends in education and preparation of students in the field of project management and green economy for the labor market. Specifically, this study addresses the perspective of stakeholders on innovation trends in education and preparation of students in the field of project management and green economy through the Q-method. Methodology The methodology used in this work is based on Q-methodology, which is an important tool for assessing respondents’ attitudes towards given issues and successfully combines both qualitative and quantitative approaches to research [8]. Q-methodology is effective for obtaining data from small samples and offers respondents a concise and valid way to express their opinions with minimal intervention by the researcher and is an effective tool in research involving the exploration and comparison of different perspectives [9]. The method uses factor analysis of individuals to identify groups of participants who understand (and therefore Q ―sort‖) a set of items in a comparable way. It asks its participants to decide what is ―meaningful‖, and therefore what has (and what does not) value and significance from their perspective [10].
