245 synthesizing the information obtained, as well as professional experience, the following twenty statements (S1–S20) were created, representing the possibilities of future development in the education and training of students in the field of project management and green economy: - Motivation and strategic interest of entrepreneurs S1. I perceive the introduction of green professions primarily as a strategic opportunity for innovation and growth of our company, not as a necessary evil. S2. The main reason why we would fill green jobs is to build a positive image and ecological brand in front of customers. S3. Green professions are interesting to us only if their introduction brings immediate and measurable savings in operating costs (e.g. on energy or waste). S4. As an entrepreneur, I feel a moral and social responsibility to create jobs that contribute to climate protection, regardless of the amount of profit. S5. Investing in green experts will help us to get ahead of the competition and gain a stronger position on the market in the coming years. - Barriers and economic reality S6. The biggest obstacle to the development of green positions in our company is the lack of capital and the high initial costs of their wages and technologies. S7. There is currently a critical shortage of people with real green skills on the Slovak labor market, which makes it impossible for us to create these positions. S8. Unless the state introduces massive subsidies or tax breaks to support green professions, our company will not create them in the coming years. S9. Green legislation and the administrative burden from the EU are so complex that they discourage us from planning any new green positions. S10. For me, green jobs are just a temporary political trend that will pass over time. - Perception of the quality and integration of green professions S11. Traditional employees in our company are skeptical of green innovations and ecological changes, which prevents their introduction.
