246 S12. Green professions will not emerge as new independent positions; rather, we will only transform and retrain existing employees. S13. Green jobs often bring less economic security and stability for employees compared to traditional positions. S14. Integrating green human resource management into our corporate culture is essential to retain young talent. S15. I perceive green professions as too narrowly specialized, which limits the employee's flexibility in other tasks in the company. - Development prospects in the next 10 years S16. In 10 years, green skills will be a mandatory standard for almost every job in our industry. S17. I expect that in the next decade, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation will replace some green professions before we have time to fully develop them. S18. In the next 10 years, we plan to significantly transform our business model into a circular economy, which will require the creation of new green jobs. S19. The development of green jobs in our region will be hampered in the next decade by a weak connection between universities and the real needs of entrepreneurs. S20. I believe that the transition to a green economy in the next 10 years will ensure the long-term sustainability of business. 2. Selection of the P-sample of respondents. For this purpose, we approached owners or managers of business entities in Slovakia. In accordance with the recommendations of Kallay [22] not to include more than 50 participants, the final sample size was set at 20 respondents. 3. Selection of Q-distribution. This includes choosing the method of evaluating the Q-sample, determining the values of the rating line from positive to negative attitude, and determining the shape of the ―forced‖ distribution, which indicates the number of items that can be assigned to each position in the order, as shown in Figure
