Factor A: ―Skeptical pragmatists‖ The main distinguishing feature of this factor is the agreement with statement S9 (+2), which names green legislation as the main barrier that discourages companies from planning new green positions. The economic view of the issue is also confirmed by the strong position of statements S3 (+1) and S8 (+1). Respondents from this group clearly declare that green professions are acceptable to them only if they bring measurable economic value. The lower willingness to invest in this area is confirmed in statement S4 (-2), confirming the orientation towards profit and economic viability of the company. Factor B: ―Ecological visionaries and progressives‖ Leaders in this group expressed maximum agreement with statement S1 (+2), while they perceive the introduction of green professions as an engine for innovation and future growth of the company. A very important aspect for them is human resource management, which proves (S14 +1) that they consider the integration of green management into the corporate culture to be a critical criterion for retaining and attracting young talents from the upcoming generation. Their proactive approach is underlined by statement S18 (+1), which confirms that they are actively preparing to transform their business model towards a circular economy within a ten-year horizon.
